How to Order

Please read thoroughly below to find out how you can order floral arrangements through us!

​

**DUE TO COVID: The safety of you and your family, along with our own loved ones, are our top priority during this unsettling period. To follow CDC guidelines, we will be limiting in-person meetings until further notice. We will be focusing our energies on ensuring that you have a great online shopping experience with us.

​

Please read the following timeline for all orders:

  • Funeral orders must be made 4 weeks in advance

  • Wedding orders must be made at least 8 weeks in advance. 

  • Birthdays, graduations, and prom orders must be made at least 2 weeks in advance.

  • Other events and occasions, please order contact us as soon as possible.

Ordering in Person:

  1. To set-up an appointment with us, please email us at flowersforus1@gmail.com or send us an inquiry.

  2. Include your name and contact information.

  3. We will communicate where and when to meet via email.

  4. It may take up to 48 hours for us to reply, but we will do our best to answer all emails.

Ordering Online:

  1. You can browse through our Facebook page and place an order with us through Facebook messenger. If you do this, please include a picture of the arrangement you are hoping to order.

  2. If you decide to browse through our website, please email us at flowersforus1@gmail.com or send us an inquiry about your order. We will provide you with a link to access our full archive of arrangements. Please include the picture and the arrangement number (ex: CH06) in the email. We will do our best to respond within in 48 hours.

**Please note, due to increasing costs we will be implementing a delivery fee. $1.50/mile delivery fee (ex: if recipient is located 7.2 miles from business, delivery fee would be $10.80).

Floral Inventory:

Our inventory is not limited to what is shown on our website. If you find an arrangement of your liking online and would like for us to re-create that style, please contact us and we will work with you to create the floral arrangement of your liking.

​

Ribbon Messaging:

If you would like a ribbon message written for your arrangement, please include what the message is with the specific arrangement. Otherwise, blank ribbons will be provided.

​

Delivery:

If there is a specific day and time that you need the flowers, please make sure to indicate so in your order. Please provide the following information:

  1. Location

  2. Time

  3. Contact information of the individual we will be meeting at the delivery location

  4. Where you would like the flowers to be unloaded

*Please note that final payment must be made on or before the day of delivery.**Please note, due to increasing costs we will be implementing a delivery fee. $1.50/mile delivery fee (ex: if recipient is located 7.2 miles from business, delivery fee would be $10.80).

Rush Orders:

  1. If you need to place a rush order (less than 4 weeks from date of the event), please contact us at flowersforus1@gmail.com to ask about availability and pricing.

  2. Rush orders will incur a 15% price increase.

​

Cancellations:

  1. If you need to cancel an order, let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations received at least 2 weeks in advanced will receive a 75% refund, which will cover a convenience fee.

  2. Please contact us for cancellations received 1 week or less from the date to determine refunds.

​

PAYMENT:

Payment, in full, must be made on or before delivery day. You will be provided with an electronic receipt after the payment has been processed.

​

*We do not take money transfers or credit/debit card payments - CASH, CHECKS, VENMO, OR FACEBOOK PAY accepted

​

Please note that we do ask for a down payment for all floral arrangements at least 2 weeks in advance.

​

We do reserve the right to cancel any orders due to:

  • last minute reservations

  • failure to provide down payment

  • failure to provide contact and billing information

  • suspicion of reselling or distribution

  • beyond capacity and unavailable

 

We also reserve the right to cancel any orders at our own discretion. If an order needs to be cancelled, the recipient will be notified by e-mail, phone, and contacted through the billing information and address provided. If no contact information is provided, or the incorrect information is provided, the client has 72 hours to contact us about the cancellation. After that 72 hour period, refunds will be issued on a case by case basis.

Flowers4Us will not be held responsible for any variation between the photo and product that you receive, included but not limited to: color variation, color change, flower variations.
